Socios Fidelity App is the controller of the personal data collected through the Socios and Socios Plus apps. You can contact us at contact@sociosfidelity.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Registration data: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
  • Usage data: purchase history, points and stamps collected, redemptions.
  • Business data (Business): business name, address, sector and logo.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to:

  • Manage your account and access to the platform.
  • Operate the points, stamps and rewards system.
  • Send notifications about your loyalty progress.
  • Improve the platform and fix technical errors.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share it with:

  • Network businesses: businesses see the points/stamps linked to your QR, but not your email or identifying personal data.
  • Technical providers: hosting, analytics and notification services acting as data processors.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except for data we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Objection: object to processing in certain circumstances.
